Staff Software Engineer - AI Marketing - US (Remote)

Role Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer at Luxury Presence, you'll be a technical leader driving AI-powered product delivery and shaping platform architecture. You'll lead high-impact initiatives that leverage AI agents for code generation, system design, and engineering culture transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build self-serve advertising platform enabling agents to purchase, launch, and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns directly within Presence
• Design AI-generated social video pipeline that creates compelling, on-brand content and auto-publishes to Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Architect full-funnel attribution systems connecting ad spend to closed deals, providing ROI visibility to agents
• Develop next-level SEO and GEO solutions for real estate agents, capturing demand across traditional and generative search experiences
• Lead technical strategy and raise the bar for what an AI-augmented engineering team can accomplish
• Mentor team members and shape engineering culture around AI-native development practices

Required Experience

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful time in senior or staff-level roles
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Strong experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred)
• Expert-level understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS), and distributed databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Proven track record leading high-impact initiatives from concept through production in SaaS environments
• Expert grasp of software design principles and multi-tenant platform architecture
