Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Execution: Lead strategic tech-wide programs and initiatives that drive operational excellence and efficiency; own end-to-end program delivery from planning through impact measurement
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives; drive alignment across teams toward shared goals
• Leadership Alignment: Facilitate regular and ad hoc leadership meetings, synthesizing discussions into clear action items, ownership, and timelines
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate program strategy, progress, and impact to all organizational levels; provide regular updates and proactively address blockers
• Strategic Translation: Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans that drive accountability and team alignment

Required Expertise

• 12+ years of program management experience in technology companies with proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within scope
• Deep expertise in program and change management methodologies for mid- to large-scale initiatives
• Strategic communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts and strategic priorities into concise written communication for diverse audiences
• Exceptional listening and synthesis skills for complex discussions
• Demonstrated cross-functional influence and collaboration abilities; ability to build trust and secure buy-in across multiple teams and levels
• Comfort with ambiguity and complexity; ability to bring structure and clarity to undefined problem spaces
• Fluency in languages of engineering, product, data science, and business operations
• Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and pivot strategies while maintaining momentum

Work Environment

• Remote Eligible with occasional office work or offsites as agreed with manager
• Must live in a US state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (certain states excluded)
