Staff Product Manager, AI

Role Overview

Lead the development and enhancement of AI-driven features at ClickUp, ensuring alignment with user needs and strategic company goals. This is a pivotal position responsible for driving critical milestones in the company's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science) to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative AI solutions
• Translate AI capabilities into user-friendly features through close collaboration with engineering and design
• Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure success of AI initiatives
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the AI Product team
• Build stakeholder relationships with Growth, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and other teams to drive monetization
• Partner with Analytics team to identify high-leverage opportunities and build a portfolio of quick wins and big bets
• Own and shape long-term product strategy
• Work directly with leaders and executives to share learnings and pitch ideas for product activation and engagement improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS
• Track record of leading teams of engineers and designers
• Experience owning roadmaps, managing sprints, and driving teams toward measured goals
• Proven experience owning and driving critical business metrics
• Experience running and analyzing experiments
• Relentless attention to detail with ability to troubleshoot metrics and issues
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Qualifications
