Role Overview
Join Valiantys as a Senior Solution Consultant - ITSM, acting as a trusted advisor to customers through problem definition, solution design, delivery alignment, and adoption. Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Project Managers to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to understand service strategy, goals, challenges, constraints, and success criteria
- Translate business needs into ITIL-aligned service designs, value streams, roadmaps, and blueprints
- Act as solution owner throughout delivery, ensuring continuity between design intent and execution
- Guide customers through the full lifecycle from initial problem definition to successful adoption
Work Arrangement
- Flexible remote/hybrid working policy
- Position can be located in Canada or the United States, preferably on the East Coast
- Full remote option available for Toulouse, FR location
