Sr/Lead Product Manager

Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to drive the development of high-growth products focused on Generative AI and Healthcare. You'll lead cross-functional teams to discover, define, execute, and launch innovative products while improving existing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to ship impactful products
• Discover and validate new product opportunities through deep understanding of users, market, technology, strategy, and data
• Define product vision, strategy, key problems to solve, and solution requirements
• Actively participate in design and software development processes; manage product backlog
• Lead product launches and iterate based on user and business impact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with users, buyers, and external thought leaders

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with proven track record of shipping impactful products
• Mastery of navigating enterprise products through the full product lifecycle
• Comfort developing data-heavy, analytics, and AI/ML-driven products
• Proven collaboration across all functions in enterprise SaaS healthcare technology
• Ability to operate at multiple levels—from strategic vision to detailed execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication with C-Suite and customer presence
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations
• Willingness to be hands-on and fill gaps as needed
