Sr. Cloud DevOps Engineer - REMOTE

Role Overview

Sr. Cloud DevOps Engineer responsible for designing and managing scalable cloud-based infrastructure while implementing robust DevOps processes. This remote position ensures applications are efficiently deployed and operate reliably across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through robust monitoring and alerting
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application delivery and scalability
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• Implement security best practices for cloud environments including identity management, encryption, and compliance
• Stay updated with latest DevOps tools and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI)
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
