Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Answer inquiries related to electronics products and services

- Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain service quality

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage
- Experience in customer service, preferably in electronics or technology sector
