Overview

Stefanini is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead technology choices and solution design across multiple payment systems and modernization initiatives. This is a remote position requiring W2 candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, propose, and architect requirements-based products and solutions aligned with business and technological needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology providers, security teams, and other architects to develop technology and information architectures, solution designs, strategies, and roadmaps
• Partner with senior leadership and customers to identify business needs and shape IT vision with strategic and tactical technical solutions
• Define strategic direction for technologies, standards, processes, and current/target state architectures across the enterprise
• Ensure product-level solutions adhere to enterprise strategic direction and standards
• Outline large transformation programs and work with program leads to deliver them
• Partner with Enterprise, Platform, Security, Data, and Infrastructure Architects to deliver best-in-class solutions
• Guide the organization in incorporating architecture design patterns, system best practices, and standards
• Evaluate new technologies and vendors through vendor evaluations, proof of concepts, and MVP definition
• Demonstrate leadership and agility when responding to change or working with ambiguity

Requirements

• 8+ years of architecture experience in complex, multi-platform distributed environments
• Strong problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills with executive presentation experience
• In-depth knowledge of current technology, industry standards, frameworks, information management, and emerging technology trends
• In-depth knowledge of Cloud technology, AWS, and API integrations
• Ability to relate architectural decisions to business needs
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent activities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related field

• Banking, financial services, or payment processing experience
• Real-time payment processing experience
• Experience defining future state strategy and architecture principles
• Strong understanding of Agile and product-centric execution models
• Experience developing reference architectures, principles, and standards
• Cloud certifications or cloud experience
• Ability to drive ideas and influence stakeholders across the organization
