Role Overview

Join our European IT team as a Solution Architect in a full remote position. You will act as the bridge between business and IT, designing and delivering digital solutions that align with business requirements while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and translate business needs into concrete technical solutions
• Design simple, robust, and scalable architectures adapted to specific contexts
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee solution performance, security, and reliability
• Support solution implementation and act as liaison between business and IT stakeholders
• Analyze requirements and propose pragmatic solutions in fast-paced environments

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical background in software development, cloud, data, networking, or related areas
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect (5+ years minimum)
• Ability to design pragmatic solutions in fast-paced environments
• Good understanding of system integration and complex ecosystems
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions
• Delivery-oriented mindset with focus on business value
• Adaptable, collaborative, and hands-on approach
• Fluent English

Work Environment

Full remote position with headquarters in Marseille and support for offices in Belgium.
