Software Engineer Java Spring Boot

Role Overview

Join Everysens as a Java Spring Boot Software Engineer to contribute to the development and maintenance of TVMS, a collaborative SaaS platform for rail freight transport planning and visibility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain all modules of the TVMS SaaS platform, taking technical ownership of specific features
• Develop new features end-to-end in collaboration with development, QA, and automation teams
• Serve as a technical reference for DevOps topics, evolving and maintaining operational readiness of applications
• Support the operational excellence of the solution through vigilance, reactivity, and professionalism
• Analyze, diagnose, and optimize application performance
• Potentially lead as Tech Lead, Feature Tech Owner, or DevOps Relay

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of Java development experience in enterprise software (CRM, TMS, ERP, etc.)
• Expert-level proficiency in: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), Kafka, Hibernate, RESTful APIs
• Strong DevOps mindset with hands-on experience: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, JFROG, Helm
• Performance analysis and optimization capabilities
• Technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Pragmatic approach to design and implementation

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in a SaaS software editor environment
• Sensitivity to UX/UI considerations
• Familiarity with diverse technical topics: authentication, protocols, security
• Experience with Angular/Material frontend frameworks
