Senior iOS Engineer to support the growth of Speechify's iOS app and lead key engineering and product decisions. This is a strategic role ideal for someone who thinks about product impact, enjoys fast-paced environments, and has experience building delightful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead key engineering and product decisions
Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
Work within a dedicated product team
Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture

Required Experience

Scaling products: Worked on products that scaled to large user bases
Product development: Experience taking products from inception to traction
Customer obsession: Constantly focused on providing the best user experience
Product thinking: Make thoughtful decisions about product evolution and support design direction
Speed & focus: Work quickly to ship features while maintaining focus in a high-growth startup
Technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading programming, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane
Software principles: SOLID principles, Git and Git strategies
