Role Overview
Join 360Learning as a Software Architect in a hands-on problem-solving role. You will coach engineers on code organization, technical debt management, and large-scale feature implementation while leading technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct technology roadmaps and strategic architectural decisions
- Experiment with new technologies and evaluate their fit within the platform
- Ensure the architecture remains a reference standard in the SaaS industry

- Align R&D efforts on strategic initiatives
- Increase team capabilities through knowledge sharing and technical workshops
- Make strategic architectural choices for all major projects and guide the evolution of architecture and technologies
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on technical expertise with ability to lead architects and engineers
- Experience building and evolving large-scale SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business needs
- Proven track record mentoring and developing engineering teams
