Role Overview
Join 360Learning as a Software Architect in a hands-on, strategic position. You will lead technical vision and roadmaps while actively coaching engineers and solving complex architectural challenges at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead technology roadmaps, experiment with new technologies, and maintain architecture excellence in the SaaS industry
- Code Quality & Architecture: Guide teams on code organization, technical debt resolution, and clean architecture practices for long-term growth
- Cross-functional Problem Solving: Work on complex, cross-cutting technical challenges and establish architectural best practices
- Team Development: Increase team capabilities by disseminating best practices, organizing workshops, and coaching engineers on big feature implementations
- Strategic Alignment: Align R&D efforts with strategic business objectives and build expertise across the codebase

- Experience coaching and mentoring engineering teams

- Passion for clean code and sustainable architecture
- Experience at scale-up companies or similar growth environments
