Role Overview

Join Filigran as a Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping the XTM One platform and building the core infrastructure for the XTM Suite. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and a small, agile squad in a high-impact position.

Key Responsibilities

Define technical architecture and enhance the unified AI solution
Contribute to full-stack development of the core platform
Participate in creating development processes and building team culture as an early team member
Engage with the open source community (GitHub, Slack) and respond to user questions

Requirements

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python
Experience in full-stack development and software architecture
Ability to work in small, agile teams
Experience with open source community engagement
