Key Responsibilities

• Own product development projects from requirements definition to maintenance
• Ensure product scalability to support clients with thousands of employees
• Make architectural choices and design features end-to-end
• Contribute to the consolidation and development of product and technical culture
• Ship meaningful features in a small team with high ownership

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering and web development
• Background: Previous startup experience
• Technical Skills: Fullstack mindset with strong architectural and design capabilities; experience running what you build
• Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity; strong business acumen; pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Communication: Fluent in French and English (C1 level)
• Location: Based in France (full remote, with Paris onboarding time)
• Remote Work: Proactive communicator; can work independently with written updates and async collaboration
