Senior Scrum Master TSA Public Trust (Remote)

Role Overview

Senior Scrum Master supporting federal client projects in a remote capacity within the U.S. This role focuses on guiding teams through Agile transformation and delivering high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and coach teams on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services
• Facilitate all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define quality goals and monitor progress
• Remove impediments and help the team achieve consensus during daily standups
• Use Jira to provide visibility to project status, metrics, and impediments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Agile development, including coaching on Agile methodologies
• Secret or DHS Public Trust security clearance (required)
• Scrum Master Certification
• 1+ years of experience coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile practices
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform
• Strong mediation skills for conflict resolution
• Ability to write and review user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Skilled in analyzing existing system documentation
• Familiarity with project roadmaps and basic system technologies
