About the role

Role Overview

Join Dataiku as a Senior Sales Engineer covering Israel. You'll be the technical bridge between customers and the sales team, applying big data and data science technologies to solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify deals through collaboration with Account Executives (AE), Business Development Representatives (BDR), and sales management
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer business requirements and technical environment
  • Design projects and execute Dataiku demonstrations that showcase data science techniques and deliver customer value
  • Work closely with the opportunity team on technical pre-sales activities
  • Assist in building and advancing the sales pipeline
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively across all levels of customer teams

Requirements

  • Background in data science
  • Experience in technical pre-sales or client-facing technical roles
  • Native Hebrew speaker (required for Israel market)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Understanding of big data technologies and AI/ML applications

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with enterprise software sales cycles
  • Familiarity with data engineering and analytics platforms
