Role Overview

Join the Integration Squad as a Senior QA Engineer to play a crucial role in developing and enhancing services that integrate with external CRMs. You will co-design test strategies, implement and maintain automated tests, and continuously improve pipelines and tooling for a cutting-edge contact center platform.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Design: Co-design test strategies with the team for new features and refactorings
Test Automation: Implement and maintain automated tests in Kotlin at multiple levels
Quality Oversight: Challenge designs and technical solutions from a risk and testability perspective
Continuous Improvement: Improve pipelines, tooling, and test reliability
Cross-Team Collaboration: Ensure user-centric perspective, influence implementation details when necessary, and distribute test coverage responsibilities among QA, frontend, and backend teams
