(Senior) Product Manager (w/m/d)

Role Overview

We are seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to take full ownership and direction of our entire IT product lifecycle, serving as the central point of contact between our development teams and customers while managing stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee architecture, development, support, sales, and marketing of IT products
• Requirements Analysis: Identify and analyze customer-specific requirements; create and prioritize epics and user stories
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between development teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Technical Feasibility: Collaborate with development teams to evaluate and balance technical implementation possibilities
• Strategic Reporting: Report to management and key stakeholders on product performance and strategy

Requirements

• Education: Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT product management
• Product Knowledge: Experience creating business plans and models; introducing and operating software products
• Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, ideally with experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Project Lead, or Software Architect
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in formulating requirements for development teams (e.g., user stories)
• Languages: Fluent German and very good English
• Soft Skills: High social competence, strong communication skills, experience working with distributed and interdisciplinary teams
