Senior Product Manager - SaaS B2B

Role Overview

Join Whoz as a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, feature development, and roadmap execution. You'll work closely with end users and internal teams to maximize product value in a SaaS B2B environment with AI/ML capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, business metrics, associated value, and process evolution
• Own the product backlog and drive initiatives to maximize product value, particularly in management control systems
• Write and prioritize user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Validate developed user stories and ensure alignment with product goals
• Collaborate closely with Data teams on AI/ML features (machine learning, LLMs, recommendation systems, matching algorithms)
• Define use cases, evaluate performance metrics, and drive AI feature adoption

Requirements

• Experience: At least 8 years in similar SaaS B2B product management roles
• Education: Engineering school degree
• AI/ML Expertise: Demonstrated experience with AI-integrated products including use case definition, performance evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration with Data teams
• Agile Methodology: Proficiency in Agile Scrum
• International Experience: Track record working in international environments
• Language: Fluent English (required)
