Senior Product Manager (ReSharper)

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for ReSharper, a leading extension for Microsoft Visual Studio and VS Code-like editors. You'll shape the future of the .NET development market in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and validate opportunities to increase ReSharper's market impact and business value
• Conduct extensive user research to understand developer needs, challenges, and pain points
• Perform UX and market research to inform strategic decisions
• Define product metrics and KPIs to monitor success and enable data-driven decisions
• Generate, prioritize, and test product hypotheses
• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals
• Partner closely with engineering teams to define problems and collaborate on solution design, delivery, and iteration
• Collaborate across analytics, technical writing, developer advocacy, marketing, and growth teams
• Build relationships with authors of third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools

Required Qualifications

• Technical education or professional software development experience
• Minimum 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of product metrics and analytics
• Familiarity with programming languages and modern software development practices
• Proven ability to define product strategy and drive execution across multiple teams
• Experience working with technical products and engineering-heavy teams
• Demonstrated track record of customer-centric thinking and translating user problems into product opportunities
• Proficient English with strong spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to work through both discovery and delivery phases of product development

Nice-to-Haves

• Professional experience writing code in C#
• Background in developer tooling (IDEs, code analysis, CI/CD, version control)
• Familiarity with major development platforms: IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, VS Code, or similar
