About the role

Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for owning channel delivery for Bloomreach Engagement, including product management and technical vendor partnerships. You will ensure successful deliverability of mobile messages through third-party channel integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Partnership & Management

  • Own technical partnerships with mobile messaging vendors
  • Manage relationships with existing vendors through weekly calls, daily updates, and proactive communication
  • Identify new vendors to improve cost, reliability, and deliverability
  • Escalate feature requests, influence vendor roadmaps, and drive implementation of changes
  • Collaborate with vendors to learn and implement industry best practices
  • Onboard and manage all messaging vendors across all regions

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Prioritize Channel Delivery features and manage the roadmap
  • Lead implementation of vendor integrations with engineering teams
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Channel API and delivery-related features for SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and future channels
  • Identify enhancements for channel delivery monitoring and alerting
  • Develop roadmap for new channels supporting upmarket and vertical expansion

Internal Expertise & Support

  • Champion mobile messaging internally, owning business outcomes and supporting sales and marketing motions
  • Provide expertise and guidance to Sales, Account Managers, Marketing, PMM, and Deliverability Services teams
  • Support large deals with product expertise and request handling
  • Oversee documentation of product features by the Documentation team

Customer & Compliance

  • Collaborate with Delivery Services to understand priorities and customer/prospect feedback
  • Gather and manage feedback on mobile messaging improvements
  • Stay updated on and manage messaging compliance rules and requirements
  • Implement compliance into product features

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, preferably in MarTech or infrastructure-heavy environments
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendor relationships, especially in telecom or messaging
  • Familiarity with mobile messaging channels (SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, RCS) and their technical and compliance challenges
  • Strong understanding of APIs, message deliverability mechanics, and observability tooling
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and customer-facing functions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
