Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for 3-6 month cycles aligned with user needs and Click&Boat's growth strategy
• Focus on strategic planning and prioritization rather than execution, driving initiatives to achieve OKRs and deliver measurable business impact
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product vision
• Promote agility and embody company values across product initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of product management experience
• Data-oriented mindset with ability to leverage analytics for decision-making
• Strong product strategy and planning skills
• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
• Experience in strategic planning and OKR-driven environments
