About the role
Role Overview
Join Apollo.io's Inbound team as a Senior Product Manager to own the complete inbound experience—from lead capture and enrichment to routing, nurture automation, and conversion. You'll define the product vision for inbound and translate it into a roadmap that replaces fragmented tool ecosystems with a single, reliable system.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Research & Discovery: Meet with customers to understand how they capture and convert inbound demand; identify critical breaks in the inbound flow across capture, enrichment, routing, scheduling, and handoff
- Strategy & Vision: Define the strategy and narrative for inbound and how it connects with outbound, scoring, and workflows
- Product Definition: Write clear product specs and collaborate with engineering and design to explore solutions and scope iterations
- Delivery & Launch: Guide delivery from discovery through launch and adoption; collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to package and launch new capabilities
- Metrics & Insights: Instrument funnels and track performance metrics such as speed to lead, lead to meeting conversion, qualification accuracy, and SLA adherence
- Cross-functional Leadership: Represent the Inbound area in planning; align dependencies across workflows, meetings, scoring, and integrations; keep the roadmap grounded in customer needs, operational simplicity, and long-term platform health

Team & Culture
Product development is collaborative across engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and RevOps. You'll be part of a team of product managers who think in systems, use the products they ship, and build products revenue teams rely on daily.
