Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment (Remote)

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager focused on the ezCater restaurant partner Fulfillment Experience. You will build best-in-class tools and reporting to enable restaurant partners to efficiently fulfill orders and deliver great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and develop a roadmap for the fulfillment platform for restaurant partners
• Ensure partners have the data and tools needed to complete ezCater orders effectively
• Develop internal tools to support the team in assisting partners during fulfillment
• Leverage ML and AI to optimize the fulfillment process and identify at-risk orders
• Tell compelling stories using research and data to evangelize the roadmap and vision
• Build deep empathy for ezCater partners and champion their needs
• Lead product initiatives across cross-functional teams (Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, Product)
• Continuously identify innovation and improvement opportunities
• Create and monitor metrics that measure success
• Travel to Boston quarterly for planning and business reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with marketplace background
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for logistics and operational efficiency
• Proven track record of customer-focused innovation
• Deep analytical ability and comfort working with data
• Ability to build hypotheses to inform innovative solutions
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across functional areas
