Senior Product Manager F/H

Overview

Senior Product Manager role responsible for defining product roadmap, managing product lifecycle, and analyzing business impact. You'll work closely with the Head of Product and be involved in Go-To-Market strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on market needs
• Drive the complete product lifecycle from conception to updates while ensuring competitiveness
• Implement agile and lean processes
• Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver products
• Supervise and contribute to marketing and technical content creation aligned with product offerings
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B software
• Strong SaaS experience required
• Proven ability to understand user needs and business challenges
• Data-driven decision making and roadmap prioritization
• Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean methodology expertise with backlog management
• Market analysis and competitive landscape assessment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
