Senior Product Manager – Shopify (Ecommerce / DTC)

Role Overview

A fully remote opportunity for a hands-on product leader to drive the evolution of an international B2C subscription and ecommerce experience built on Shopify. You will own key areas of the ecommerce experience and deliver measurable commercial impact through structured discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management & Experience Optimization: Define and prioritize digital product enhancements in partnership with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Technology teams
• Analytics & Insights: Use analytics and data insights to define key performance metrics, run A/B tests, optimize product features, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive growth
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Design, CX, Retention, and Operations teams to deliver product improvements
• Own a defined set of UX and ecommerce outcomes (entry points, conversion flows, performance optimization)
• Translate insights into features, tests, and improvements that increase engagement, conversion, and retention

Requirements

• Previous Shopify product experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in ecommerce product management, experimentation, or digital optimization
• Strong analytical skills and experience with modern analytics tools
• Understanding of DTC ecommerce best practices
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with technical, design, and marketing teams
• Strong project management and prioritization capabilities
• Fluent English
