Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager on the Coupa Procurement team, you will define and build products that drive tangible value for users. You operate at the intersection of the business community, engineering team, and user experience team, representing the voice of the customer. You design and execute innovative ideas backed by conversations with customers and procurement experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product areas and the wider organization
• Define detailed feature requirements in partnership with Engineering, UX, Services, and customers
• Work closely with Engineering through design, build, test phases and documentation
• Measure product success and drive feature adoption through cross-functional and customer enablement
• Continually assess competitive market positioning of your products
• Represent your product area internally and externally

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in Product Management in enterprise SaaS
• Prior implementation experience and knowledge of ERPs and master data management
• Organized thinker and clear communicator
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to persevere through challenges
• Demonstrated ability to drive clarity and on-time delivery at every milestone
• Strong fundamentals with application development and Agile software development
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ability to write analytics SQL queries
• Build trust with Dev, QA, and UX teams; proactive stakeholder communication
