Senior Product Designer (Typeform Ai)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the Typeform AI initiative. You will help drive the shift toward an AI-native platform by designing clear, safe, and scalable experiences that enable customers to confidently create, manage, and extend AI-powered workflows. This role focuses on building cohesive AI experiences across the full product while accelerating adoption and continuously improving UX/UI.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable the shift toward an AI-native Typeform platform through clear and scalable design
• Identify, design, and iterate on how users discover, activate, and benefit from AI across the entire Typeform journey
• Create UX and visual designs for AI-driven suggestions, copilots, templates, and action flows
• Design interaction models for inline guidance, command surfaces, and background automation
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Developer Relations teams
• Plan and conduct research, workshops, and feedback sessions to validate complex workflows
• Help evolve shared systems and patterns for AI experiences
• Contribute to and use the Echo design system to ensure accessible, production-ready outcomes

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in digital product design
• Experience working on complex product areas with multiple stakeholders
• Specialism in zero-to-one product development
• Confidence across the full design process (discovery through execution)
• Strong UX and visual design skills focused on clarity and usability
• Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback
• Experience working on AI-based products
• Experience with design systems, including contributing new patterns
• Proven experience designing SaaS products, particularly marketer tools
• Solid portfolio with strong case studies demonstrating thinking and craft
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
