Senior Product Designer, Funnels

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer on the Funnels team, you'll be part of a cross-functional product team building products that help app developers acquire and monetize customers. You'll design a Figma-like UI and interaction editor that allows developers to build and fully customize flows deployable as web user acquisition funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive product experiences grounded in understanding user needs
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering on discovery, design, and implementation
• Build interfaces that allow users to configure screens and flows
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions
• Work iteratively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Take ownership of design aspects for your product team
• Advocate for good UX and design practices across the product
• Contribute to developing the design practice and team culture

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing web applications
• Experience building interfaces for screen and flow configuration
• Strong systems thinking and analytical mindset
• Excellent written communication skills for remote/async collaboration
• Ownership mentality and customer-centric approach
• Ability to work iteratively rather than seeking perfection upfront
