Role Overview

Join C-981 as a Senior Product Designer responsible for end-to-end user experience. You'll work closely with developers and contribute to marketing initiatives, directly impacting how users understand and interact with the product.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete user experience from discovery phase through interface design
Collaborate closely with the development team to align No-Code capabilities with user needs
Design information-dense interfaces suitable for high-constraint environments
Simplify complex user flows and workflows

Requirements

6+ years of Product/UX/UI design experience
Experience designing industrial, technical, or business SaaS products
Demonstrated ability to design complex interfaces
Strong autonomy and ability to defend design decisions
Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced startup environment
Solid understanding of cognitive psychology and ergonomics principles
Proficient in Figma and design systems
Strong English communication skills
