Senior Product Designer, Commerce

Role Overview

Senior Product Designer responsible for shaping user experiences that drive revenue for appointment-based, self-care businesses. You will translate complex operational and financial requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable experiences across commerce product areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, reliable, and scalable experiences for commerce products including payments, memberships, gift cards, packages, and reporting
• Translate complex operational and financial requirements into clear, actionable designs prioritizing clarity, trust, and usability
• Use AI-assisted design tools to explore edge cases, prototype flows, and pressure-test user interactions
• Validate assumptions through lightweight research, customer interviews, and usability testing
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system by creating components and patterns that support commerce complexity
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation
• Maintain high standards of visual craft, interaction design, and system thinking

Requirements

• Proven experience designing complex, systems-heavy products (ideally in B2B, fintech, or commerce)
• Demonstrated track record of owning projects from problem definition through launch with measurable impact
• Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
• Strong product thinking, interaction design, and visual/functional craft with portfolio
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Collaborative mindset with focus on clarity and user-centered solutions
