Role Overview

As a Senior Independent Software Developer with A·Team, you'll be invited to impactful contract missions that match your interests and expertise. Work on meaningful projects ranging from early-stage incubations with world-class founders to fast-growing super-funded companies.

Responsibilities

• Build ambitious software pieces from 0 to 1 as part of small 3-4 person teams
• Scope projects, present client options, and guide strategy
• Execute on selected solutions
• Collaborate with other senior builders to define direction when client vision is unclear
• Work with vetted, high-quality clients on their most important initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience

• Must be located in the Americas, Europe, or Israel
• Portfolio or examples of work you've built
