Senior Fullstack Engineer

Role Overview

Join Dotfile as a Senior Fullstack Engineer in a key technical position. You will be involved in defining technical choices, shaping the product roadmap, and collaborating with the team to ship new features in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technical choices and establish best practices across the codebase
• Collaborate with the team to deliver new features and ship products
• Solve complex technical challenges and ensure high code quality
• Implement and maintain testing strategies
• Participate in key technical decisions and shape the product roadmap
• Own projects from start to finish with an entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably at a venture-backed B2B SaaS startup
• Ownership mentality: bias for action, comfortable with broad responsibilities, willing to own projects end-to-end
• Attention to detail: strong commitment to code quality and high standards
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrive in fast-paced environments with ambitious goals
• Communication skills: able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team player: enjoy sharing knowledge and collaborating with peers
• Willingness to learn new technologies
