Senior Full Stack Software Developer

Role Overview

Join Campspot as a Senior Full Stack Software Developer on a small agile team building SaaS camping and outdoor experience products. You'll work across the entire feature lifecycle from planning through delivery, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions independently or collaboratively
• Provide thoughtful code review feedback and actively participate in architectural discussions
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to create effective solutions
• Participate in on-call support for production issues within your team's domain
• Write unit and integration tests for all new code
• Engage in pair programming, technical design meetings, and code reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of web application development experience
• Strong proficiency in Angular and TypeScript
• Expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
• Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Material, Tailwind, CSS Flexbox/Grid)
• Knowledge of browser compatibility and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Website performance optimization experience (load times, caching, rendering)
• Angular component design and reusable code patterns
• State management strategies (Services, Behavior Subject, Signals, RxJS)
• Webpack module bundling configuration
• Front-end testing frameworks (Jasmine, Mocha, or Jest)
• Java or Kotlin experience
• AWS or cloud infrastructure experience

Nice-to-Have

• Server-Side Rendering (SSR) implementation
• E-commerce platform experience with SEO optimization
• RESTful API consumption (external third parties)
• Dropwizard framework experience
