Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications working directly with startup clients
• Create projects from scratch and architect complex applications
• Communicate directly with technically-minded clients
• Deliver results in fast-paced startup environments
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

Core Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience
• Advanced English communication skills for client interactions and technical discussions
• Strong self-organizational skills for full-time remote work
• Reliability and ability to quickly onboard new projects
• Deep understanding of application architecture

Tech Stack Options (choose one path):

• React.js 3+ years & Python 3+ years (with AWS, GCP, or Azure experience)
• React.js 3+ years & Node.js 5+ years (or React.js 5+ years & Node.js 3+ years, plus Next.js, TypeScript, AWS or Supabase)
• React.js 3+ years & Golang 3+ years (various experience combinations)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or Supabase
• Next.js and TypeScript expertise
