Senior Frontend Engineer - Frontend Platform
About the Role
Join Vannevar's Frontend Platform team, a small, high-leverage group responsible for building and maintaining the frontend foundation that powers the entire Vannevar platform. You'll work on shared libraries, developer tooling, application shells, and user-facing platform features that directly impact how operators and analysts experience the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop shared frontend libraries and platform capabilities
- Build and maintain developer tooling to enable product teams to ship quickly
- Develop the application shell and foundational code that all Vannevar products depend on
- Create user-facing platform features with direct mission impact
- Ensure consistency, stability, and documentation across the frontend platform
- Enable product teams to focus on mission-critical problems by providing robust platform infrastructure
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level frontend engineering expertise
- Experience building scalable, well-documented platform capabilities
- Strong understanding of shared libraries, tooling, and application architecture
- Ability to work in a small, high-impact team environment
- Commitment to code quality, documentation, and developer experience
