Role Overview

Join Talkspirit as a Senior FullStack Developer in an AI-First environment. You'll design, develop, and deploy complex features across a B2B SaaS suite, with AI deeply integrated into both the product and delivery process. This is a full-remote position offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on a mature, evolving product.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex features across the full stack (front-end and back-end)
Integrate AI meaningfully and effectively into the user experience across all modules
Build reliable, scalable systems aligned with product ambitions
Ensure production-ready code meeting high standards for performance, maintainability, security, scalability, and observability
Work autonomously with speed and discernment in a fast-evolving environment
Take ownership of initiatives, propose solutions, and make architectural decisions

Required Qualifications

Solid fullstack development experience in demanding B2B SaaS product environments
Proven ability to deliver complex end-to-end features (front-end and back-end)
Strong expertise in software design, code structure, APIs, debugging, and problem-solving
Deep understanding of production constraints: performance, maintainability, security, scalability, observability
Exceptional quality standards and attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and thoughtfully in fast-moving environments
Entrepreneurial mindset—you take initiative, drive progress, propose solutions, and make trade-offs
True autonomy—you deliver value without needing perfect tickets or specifications
Mastery of modern development environments, Git workflows, code reviews, and collaborative engineering practices

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into B2B products
Experience in AI-assisted or AI-native environments with daily use of AI development tools
Ability to think holistically about product, architecture, and user experience
Background working on products with multiple modules, user roles, and complex business workflows
Strong UX sensibility in engineering—understanding that interface quality extends beyond design tools
Ability to elevate team standards through example, feedback, and rigor
Comfort in ambitious, demanding environments with high-talent density
