Senior Developer - Adobe

Role Overview

As a Senior Developer – Adobe, you will drive project implementation and strategy across Adobe technologies, building progressive, responsive, and high-performing websites. You'll act as a technical lead on projects, directing developers on solutions and creating digital brand experiences for a complex portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and support web-based projects
• Engineer solutions for performance, maintainability, and efficiency while creating beautiful user experiences
• Lead the testing process, provide issue fixes, and reduce technical debt
• Architect improvements and optimize applications for feature updates
• Mentor new team members and lead developers on technical solutions
• Maintain high code quality standards across projects
• Consult with clients on projects of varying size and scope
• Utilize expertise in object-oriented programming, browser compatibility, and web performance optimization

Required Experience

• 3+ years of development experience in an agency or consultancy setting
• 3+ years with Java, OSGi, and Sling
• 3+ years with Sightly (HTL), HTML, and CSS/SASS
• 3+ years with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
• 3+ years with source control systems/Git
• 3+ years with enterprise software development best practices
• 3+ years reviewing and handling complex support issues
• 2+ years with statically typed languages
• 2+ years with build systems (Maven, NPM, Webpack, Vite)
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• 3+ years with modern CMS systems (Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, or similar)
• DevOps tooling and management experience
• Broad knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device capabilities
