Responsibilities
- Reporting development & automation: Build and maintain dashboards and regulatory reports using SQL and BI tools; automate repetitive workflows to reduce manual risk.

- Regulatory & audit support: Prepare reproducible datasets and documentation for statutory submissions and audits aligned with international standards.
- Data quality & lineage: Define monitoring rules and document lineage for critical finance/compliance metrics to maintain a “single source of truth.”
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Data Engineering to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Mentorship & best practices: Share knowledge, promote analytical best practices, and provide actionable insights for budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
- 4+ years in data analytics or regulatory reporting in fintech, payments, banking, or related financial services.
- Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with dbt and Airflow (or similar data transformation stacks) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of general ledger concepts, accounting principles, cut-offs, and reconciliation frameworks.
- Automation/scripting: Comfortable using Python or procedural SQL for ETL automation and validation in regulated environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong ability to present trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders in excellent written English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with crypto-specific regulatory regimes.
- Background in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics/Computer Science or related quantitative field (preferred).
Remote Work
- Fully remote with a globally distributed, agile team.
