Role Overview
As a Senior Customer Platform Architect, you will support customers in deploying their on-premise infrastructure, conduct regular health checks, and provide advisory support during the pre-sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in designing, implementing, and configuring their platform according to their specific needs
- Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to customer infrastructure
- Perform on-demand audits to evaluate platform performance and resilience, and recommend improvements
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Engineering teams
- Provide advisory support during the pre-sales process
