Role Overview

Join Inqom as a Senior Back-End / Fullstack Engineer to design and develop robust features in collaboration with Product, Business, QA, and Customer Success teams. Work in a stimulating, multicultural environment with full-remote flexibility within France.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in scoping new features and lead design workshops
Design and develop robust features following best practices (Clean Code, TDD/BDD)
Identify target architectures ensuring maintainability and scalability (Microservices, Reactive Architecture, Event-Driven)
Collaborate across cross-functional teams

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development
Mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Deep knowledge of architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven)
Strong understanding of relational database management systems
Good algorithmic knowledge
Solid experience with Cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
Technical Stack: C#, SQL, TypeScript, .NET, React, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch
Experience with Event-Driven and Microservices architectures
Test-First Development (TDD/BDD)
Azure DevOps CI/CD

Nice-to-Haves

Domain-Driven Design (DDD) experience
Scrum/Agile methodology background
Synthetic thinking and problem-solving mindset
Pragmatic and autonomous work style
