Role Overview

Full-time Scrum Master position with a leading technology organization in the Health and Human Services sector. This role offers flexible remote work and opportunities for career advancement within an innovative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coach teams to enhance solutions, business results, and processes
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
Identify and remove impediments hindering team delivery
Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
Track and communicate team metrics to maintain transparency with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Scrum Master Certification (SSM, CSM, PSM) or similar certification
2+ years of experience engaging stakeholders and technical resources to analyze user needs
Strong technical aptitude and experience leading teams in delivering quality software

Preferred Qualifications

At least one SAFe certification
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
Certification in another agile competency (product owner, developer, etc.)
Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, or SAFe
Experience applying Lean Thinking in large organizations
