Role Overview

Act as a servant-leader and Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, promoting Agile principles and driving organizational Agile adoption and scaling efforts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodology and Scrum practices to maximize productivity and collaboration
• Identify and remove impediments blocking the team's progress
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development or IT projects
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or LeSS
• Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, or XP practices
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
