Scrum Master - French Fluent

Role Overview

Join mc2i as a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile rituals, protect teams from external disruptions, and support Product Owners in backlog prioritization. You will promote Agile culture across all stakeholders while managing critical products in complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile rituals and ceremonies
• Protect the team from external disruptions and impediments
• Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and management
• Promote Agile culture and mindset among all stakeholders
• Implement and track relevant performance indicators
• Ensure team fluidity and efficiency on critical products
• Integrate specific business challenges into team processes
• Unite and lead multidisciplinary teams (developers, MSPs, hosting teams, desktop environment teams)

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or Master's degree (M2) in IT Systems or cloud/infrastructure environments
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master
• Agile Expertise: Mastery of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Certification: PSM, CSM, or SAFe certification highly desirable
• Languages: Fluent French and English
• Soft Skills: Excellent adaptability to complex business environments, natural leadership, ability to work with multidisciplinary teams

• Prior knowledge of IT products: Intune, Active Directory, Azure, networking, Microsoft 365, virtualization
