Role Overview
Scrum Master-Agile Delivery Lead II position in the Early Childhood Education sector, fully remote with opportunities for career advancement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Supervise delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and coordinate resolution of impediments
- Build and maintain transparent team dashboards for tracking delivery metrics
- Prepare teams for PI Planning and ensure accurate tracking of PI Commitment Status
- Coach teams on Agile principles and promote sustainable work practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in Agile delivery roles
- At least 4 years of experience facilitating Scrum
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira and reporting tools
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Agile certification
- Experience coaching teams on Agile principles and Lean thinking
- Familiarity with metrics-driven improvement processes
