Key Responsibilities

- Map and prospect new clients, regions, and countries
- Build and maintain a rigorous sales pipeline while monitoring key accounts
- Anticipate quality and specification constraints for clients and products
- Provide consultative solutions and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- 3-4 years of B2B ingredients sales experience
- Technical background in food business (agro engineering preferred)
- Deep knowledge of the spices and herbs category
- Proactive mindset with strong anticipation and problem-solving skills
- Proven prospecting abilities
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Excellent communication and listening skills
