About the role

Role Overview

Join a remote talent network of frontend engineers to support AI research projects at leading technology companies. As an independent contractor, you'll be matched with relevant projects where you contribute expertise to improve AI systems and frontend development tools.

Key Responsibilities

AI Model Training & Evaluation: Evaluate AI-generated frontend code, identify issues in UI implementations, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
Frontend Development Tasks: Create real-world frontend engineering scenarios, develop coding tasks, and review AI-generated code for architecture and performance optimization
Technical Expertise & Collaboration: Provide expert insights on frontend best practices, support AI research teams, and help improve reliability of AI-generated development solutions

Required Qualifications

Professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
Strong understanding of responsive UI development using HTML and CSS
Experience with state management, performance optimization, and frontend architecture
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
Comfort working independently in remote environments

Contract Details

Independent contractor role
Fully remote with flexible scheduling
Project commitments: 15–30 hours per week
Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
Rolling project matching basis
