About the role

Overview

Remote Principal/Senior Front End Developer focused on React for a MarTech CMS modernization project at a global hotel chain. This is an 80% development, 20% leadership role building new landing pages and drag-and-drop features for a customer-facing content platform.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead front-end development for a brand new CMS product
Build new landing pages and drag-and-drop feature capabilities
Drive technical decisions and provide guidance to other developers
Work with product teams, marketing teams, and stakeholders
Support content creation and distribution across digital channels

Requirements

Expert-level React skills with strong front-end background
Leadership experience driving brand new development projects
Experience building landing pages and drag-and-drop (DND) features
MarTech CMS product build experience
Large enterprise environment experience
TypeScript
Node.js
Tailwind CSS
HTML5
Cloud integration with AWS
End-to-end testing frameworks (Playwright or Cypress)

Nice-to-Haves

AWS Lambda experience
Prior marketing technology space development
