Role Overview

Join Expleo as a Technical Reference for FEM Calculation (Référent technique Calcul FEM), integrated into the Mechanical & Product Engineering team in Toulouse. You will work on large-scale aerospace projects, building and validating finite element models, mentoring junior engineers, and proposing methods and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and validate Finite Element Models (GFEM & DFEM) using Nastran and Abaqus in an aerospace structures environment
• Implement 3D plugins and condensations in diverse environments and loading contexts
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on FEM simulation topics through tutoring and guidance

Requirements

• Significant experience in aerospace structures calculation
• Proficiency with Nastran and Abaqus software
• Strong technical expertise in finite element methods (FEM)
